Aalborg Energie Technik a/s Biomass Boiler Plant
The plant was the first delivered to the Pfleiderer AG and is also mentioned as Best Available Technology (BAT) in the IPPC report "Large Combustion Plants" published by the EU in 2006.
In 2000 the plant was upgraded with a new robust AET dust firing system in order to burn large volumes of saw and sander dust with very high availability.

The biomass heating plant was commissioned in 1994. The plant was subsequently sold by Pfleiderer AG and now belongs to the Egger Group.
