The highly skilled and experienced staff is the major cornerstone of AET.  The large majority of our 120 employees are engineers, electricians, and technicians. Our strong company culture with shared values and a high degree of openness and interaction provides a good climate for finding the best solutions and constantly improving and striving towards perfection.

Age and Seniority

The employees are very loyal to the company. Thus the average seniority in AET is 6 years – with more than 30% of the employees having worked for the company more than 10 years.

Education and Competencies

The employees of the company have substantial experience in the field of biomass power plant development, design, engineering and operations.

Our employees have delivered and successfully managed major projects in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Austria, GB, France and Italy. They are thus familiar with the languages and cultures of these countries and capable of working with the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.

The level of education within the company also testifies to the quality of the work force. Approximately 75% of employees have earned a university degree or similar tertiary level of education.
