Management

The Senior Management of AET consists of highly qualified and committed individuals. Janni Bollerup Rasmussen, Chief Financial Officer (CFO); Klaus Munk Rasmussen, Chief Operating Officer (COO); The senior management team also includes Nicolai Møller, Aftermarket Director (CAO); Kristian Bager, Technical Director (CTO).

Janni Bollerup Rasmussen, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Janni B. Rasmussen holds a degree in Economics from Aalborg University.

Janni brings extensive CFO experience from manufacturing, tech and international organizations. Janni has solid expertise within financial operations, strategic development and management of cross-functional teams.

Klaus Munk Rasmussen, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Klaus M. Rasmussen is a structural engineer with a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. from Aalborg University.

Klaus has worked in project management for more than 25 years and has most recently held leadership roles in the offshore wind industry at GE Vernova, CS Wind Offshore and Bladt industries.

Nicolai Møller, Aftermarket Director (CAO)

Nicolai Møller holds a degree in engineering and is also a certified electrical contractor. Furthermore, Nicolai has a master's degree in aftermarket management and service development. Before joining AET, Nicolai held the position as Global Director for Standardisation and Interface Management with Vestas Wind Systems and was responsible for strategy and implementation. Prior to this, a career with FLSchmidt including several management positions such as General Manager R&D and Engineering Manager. For 5 years, Nicolai was based in the US as a Global Product Line Manager.

Kristian Bager, Technical Director (CTO)

Kristian Bager is educated as mechanical engineer with a M.Sc. degree, specialising in thermal energy technology.

Kristian has worked with boilers and boiler plants throughout his professional career, and since 2004 at Aalborg Energie Teknik. The last 8 years with the title of head of the plant department. Kristian also has a diploma in project management from VIA UC and a HD (O) from Aalborg University.
