Management

The Senior Management of AET consists of highly qualified and committed individuals. The company is headed by Managing Director Lars Kristensen. The senior management team also includes Søren Kirch, Chief Financial Officer; Claus Ellemann, Sales Director; Jens Jørgen Nørgaard, Technical Director; and Nicolai Møller, Service Director.

Lars Kristensen, CEO
Lars Kristensen holds a B.Sc. in electrical and electronics engineering, as well as a Master E-MBA in change management. Prior to joining AET, he held the position in Bladt Industries A/S, Wind and Energy as Senior Vice President, where he led Business Development, including development of new markets, implementing new strategies and supply chain sourcing. Before this, Lars' career included positions at FLSchmidt A/S as CEO for a subsidiary in Germany and later, Vice President for Customer Service in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North Africa.

David Kjølby Krøger, Sales Director

David Kjølby Krøger (b. 1990) has graduated in law from the University of Aalborg. Furthermore, David is a qualified lawyer. Before joining AET, David worked for HjulmandKaptain Advokatpartnerselskab as a commercial lawyer specialised in international contracts, contract conclusions and process.

Nicolai Møller, Aftermarket Director

Nicolai Møller holds a degree in engineering and is also a certified electrical contractor. Furthermore, Nicolai has a master's degree in aftermarket management and service development. Before joining AET, Nicolai held the position as Global Director for Standardisation and Interface Management with Vestas Wind Systems and was responsible for strategy and implementation. Prior to this, a career with FLSchmidt including several management positions such as General Manager R&D and Engineering Manager. For 5 years, Nicolai was based in the US as a Global Product Line Manager.

Søren Kirch, Chief Financial Officer

Søren Kirch has been employed at AET since 2022. Before his employment at AET, Søren Kirch held various leading positions within Finance in the LOGSTOR/Kingspan group for nearly 25 years, which has e.g. included Finance Manager in foreign companies (LT, RO, SE), Group Controller and internal SAP FI/CO Consultant with numerous SAP implementations in foreign companies. Søren Kirch has an HD(R) from Aalborg University and an MBA (Pre) from Aalborg Business Institute.

Jens Jørgen Nørgaard, Technical Director
Jens Jørgen Nørgaard is one of the founders of AET, with more than 30 years of experience with biomass technology. Prior to joining AET, he was employed by Aalborg Industries where he held a position as Technical Manager for Biomass plants. He holds a BS.c. in Mechanical Engineering from Aalborg University.
