In order to provide our customers with the right service in connection with operation and maintenance, AET’s service department offers a number of services that are part of the collection of competences and experience that AET needs in order to maintain and strengthen our position as the leaders in the biomass sector.
The service department offers:
- Inspections and evaluations of boilers, combustion systems and power plants in general.
- Calculations in environmental and energy engineering, including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) calculations of flow and combustion processes.
- Repair, maintenance and rebuilding of boilers and combustion systems as well as auxiliary equipment.
- Conversion of coal fired plants to biomass.
- Upgrading and modernisation of boilers and combustion systems.
- Revision and modernisation of electrical systems and control systems including supply of new complete screen-based control systems provided with the latest PLC technology.
- Optimisation of boiler plants in order to minimise emissions and fuel consumption.
- Spare parts supply.
