5 year contract for Operation & Maintenance:
The Western Wood Energy Power Plant (WWEP) is a biomass fired power plant with an annual fuel input of 160,000 tons of forestry wood or clean, uncontaminated residues from wood processing.
The O&M of the complete plant was carried out through a UK registered O&M company partly owned by AET, and supported by the team in Aalborg.
The O&M contract had a duration of 5 years after which renegotiations between the parties can take place.

After Sales Services
AET offers a variety of after sales services, from simple day-to-day support of the clients' own operators to extensive and long lasting O&M contracts. AET takes care of the daily operation and the entire maintenance of a complete plant for an agreed number of years. AET also offers renovation and upgrading of plant equipment when needed.
We find it valuable to obtain and maintain close relations between the daily plant operator and our specialists in Aalborg. An exchange of information and experience, supported by our design team, secures a reliable and optimal operation, and ensures new ideas for future designs.
