Aalborg Energie Technik a/s Biomass Boiler Plant

Egger, Pannovosges, France

The Pannovosges Plant is a biomass-fired plant that burns approx. 92,000 tons of wood chips, chipboard waste, bark and sander dust annually.

The plant was the first delivered to the Pfleiderer AG and is also mentioned as Best Available Technology (BAT) in the IPPC report "Large Combustion Plants" published by the EU in 2006.

Plant upgraded in 2000

In 2000 the plant was upgraded with a new robust AET dust firing system in order to burn large volumes of  saw and sander dust with very high availability.
