The Bio Cogelyo Normandie (BCN) is a biomass fired CHP plant with an annual fuel input of 165.000 tons of forestry-wood, or clean, uncontaminated residues from wood processing.
The plant is to be completed and commissioned in 2011.
As turnkey supplier, AET designs, supplies, constructs and commissions the following scope of supply:
- Fuel feeding and dosing
- AET Combustion System Travelling Grate, Spreader Stoker with AET-Biograte
- Oil burner
- Boiler with superheater and economizer
- PLC system and instrumentation
- Ash handling system
- Flue gas cleaning system
- Stack
- Piping and ducting
- Insulation
- Structural steel for boiler house and cladding
- Galleries and stairs
